Overall, this place isn't the worst. It is overpriced for the lack of maintenance service. The hallways are constantly disgusting and only get cleaned once every 3 weeks to a month (this is really my biggest gripe with the place). Many of the tenants have no regard for the others who live here. Everything that's been mentioned about people speeding their mufflerless sports cars around the parking lot in the middle of the night, and all the time really, is definitely true, though the office is now taking strides to put an end to this. There are a lot of rich, spoiled college kids, but that's to be expected at a luxury apartment complex so close to campus. The ladies and gentlemen in the office have always been helpful to me and I have never had a negative experience with any of them. The apartments are gorgeous and well insulated so sound (from anywhere other than the echoey hallways) isn't a huge problem and the electric bills stay low. The common areas seem to be pretty well maintained with the exception of the hallways. It would be great if they could do something to cut down the sound reverberation in the hallways. If you're a pretty relaxed person, you will be happy here. I wouldn't specifically recommend it for families or people who are super high strung and petty.
