I went to Elizabeth for both a hair cut and partial highlights, and she was fantastic. She listened to what I asked her and offered the best suggestion for what would work for me. She was professional and knew what she was talking about. She didn't try to force conversation nor did she try to sell me a style or product that wasn't me.
On a final note, it's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely loves her job and is truly good at it. Also, it's always great coming to a place like Eddy's where the employees seem happy to be there and treat their customers well. I was over an hour late to the color appointment the next day and the Elizabeth nor the receptionist did not try to make me feel bad or inconvenienced for my mistake.
