Spent over 20k here over the years on maintenance. I bring the car in once in awhile for a car wash. 9 out of 10 times there's a two or three-hour wait which I don't quite understand. I have two other cars. One is a Prius and the other a Dodge. When I bring the cars into those dealerships for washes I get it back in 10 minutes. But the thing that really bugs me is when you pull in for service you sit there waiting like an idiot for 15-20 minutes before anyone even tries to make eye contact. This place is slipping big time. Wasn't it like this in the past.
