Stunningly unprofessional, unresponsive, and unable to lead. While having never missed a HOA payment, I have been attempting to discuss a false charge on my account for 8 years. I have written letters, emailed, and called, and they are grossly uncommunicative. The property manager told me there would be a board meeting tonight at 6pm at my pool. I rearranged my schedule, went, and waited for 15 minutes. No meeting. I called to inquire about having recycling in our community. The property manager said dismissively "the community isn't interested at this time". If I could give zero starts I would.
