I have been going to Harkins for years to support local a business. You can't beat the student id discount, popcorn shirt, and 1.50 souvenir refills. Besides that, I emailed Harkins on their main website about a question on the play center where my child goes. Within two hours, I actually got a phone call from the manager of the play center. She was very polite and answered all my questions. Most large businesses like that send a generic email and you never hear from them again. I was very impressed with the level customer service. I will continue to go to Harkins over any other theater in the valley.
