Here is what I wrote to her in a text message since this is the only way she will communicate:
Annette, you are a very nice lady and I'm sorry to be blunt, but there is polish all over my toes... my toenails were not filed and they are jagged in several places where you clipped. You are a Groupon description is deceiving as it appears that it is for a gel manicure and pedicure her. You did not file underneath my nails after applying the gelcoat and my nails are stuck to my fingers. My cuticles were hardly finished at all. And you didn't do the cuticles at all on my toes which is pretty standard for a pedicure. I'm sure you had a long day, and all in all this is just a manicure and a pedicure her but in paying for a service I would expect it to be at least at the standard of anywhere else I would normally go. You were on your phone while I walked in and tried to talk to you and weren't listening to anything. Honestly I am quite disappointed.
I also sent photos to her directly after to show her in the daylight how bad it was....
