The apartments, amenities, property are very nice and well maintained. The office staff and maintenance staff are also great. Any problem I've had was fixed pretty quickly and taken care of with the exception of one - my garage. I have been renting a garage for 5 months and have experienced numerous problems with it. The two managers have been made aware of it SEVERAL times but continue to drop the ball. The most frustrating thing about the situation is the lack of follow up from them; and these are the MANAGERS of the facility. I have never had to work with such unprofessional managers before. It is a shame because I used to really enjoy Tesoro Ranch apartments. Now I am counting down until my lease is up so that I can move to a place where I don't keep getting avoided and also charged for something that I can't use.
