I have been a patient of Dr. Yees for 11 years, back then they had a small practice was much easier getting appts. I truly hate to complain but up front they need a serious overhaul, I have double paid my $10 Copays several times because they say I didn't pay my prior appt... I NOW keep every receipt so when they tell me I owe I show them the receipt??? Crazy.... You are NOT allowed to see the Dr if you don't pay what is owed, so how could I possibly owe from the prior appt? Plus when you ask a question about it the girl said TEN times IDK call billing, very uncaring.. When I called billing they said Keep your receipts, no clue what is going on over there??? I wouldn't trade Dr Yee for anything, I have seen Dr Johnston as well, he too is wonderful. They are great Drs. To me they need a larger office, the practice is just too big for that small area, perhaps nurse practitioners to help them out? I kind of dread the day of my appt as I know it's chaos in there. There have been many times I make an appt to actually see Dr yee & the front says NO, it's only a refill apt, when I KNOW I did make an appt to see her. I gave 4 stars not 5 only because of the front staff, they are very nice people but just don't sync up with one another, making it pure chaos. Thank you
