We bring our dog, Daisy, here regularly for doggy day care. We have had no complaints thus far and plan to continue bringing her here. They are starting to treat her as part of the family since she is there so often! I really like that they know about her breed (Jack Russell) and thus are prepared for her quirks and personality. They engage during play time, which I LOVE! Some people think she isn't well-behaved but that is just her breed most of the time and these girls know that (minus some behaviors!). I know she gets plenty of exercise because she falls asleep in the car on the way home each day! They also have "nap time" during the day so the pups can catch their breath.
The hours are normal business hours, but with advanced notice the girls are flexible if you need to drop off/pick up early/late. I like that a groomer is also there on site for when she needs a bath or nails trimmed. We haven't boarded her there yet, but will definitely use them in the future when traveling. This is a family-owned business, which I would definitely prefer to support. They know my husband and me by name, and know our situation when it comes to flexibility. Overall I can't complain much!!
