I had high hopes for this shop but I have been let down by their work. I got in an accident at the beginning of September where I was rear ended and I hit the car in front of me. It was a hit and run so I had to claim under my own insurance. My company recommended me here so I assumed that it would be good work. I worked with Nick. I got my car towed to the location on a Friday, they did not call me to let me know it got there okay or that they were looking at it. I had to call on Monday and track someone down to get information. They did text me updates in the process to let me know the estimated finish date, which was nice. But it was estimated to a Monday 3 weeks from when they got it. So on that Monday I expected to get a phone call and I did not. I called Tuesday only for them to tell me maybe a few more days. Didn't get any updates so I called Thursday and they said maybe it will be done that night so come Friday. I called Friday to say I couldn't get out of work to get it and they said come Monday then because we don't have Saturday hours. Saturday at 11 AM they called and said are you coming to get it or not because we close at noon. I said someone told me you're closed today. Then the rental car company said that Centerline told them I had to take my rental back because I was "choosing" to not pick up my car. My mother lives closer than me so I sent her to get my car and pay my deductible so that she could get it in time. Her and my stepdad checked out the car and asked what else needed to be done and they were told nothing so they left with the car. Not 5 minutes later I get a call from Centerline that they are reporting my car to the police because we "stole" it without paying the deductible. I explained to the guy that they told my mom nothing else needed to be done and he blamed us for "not listening". So we "inconvenienced them" by having to go back to pay after what time they closed. After looking at the car fully we noticed some pretty big problems with the work so I called my insurance and they wanted another estimate so I called to make an appointment and I was told to bring it in whenever. There is a sign on the door that says "Saturdays by appointment". So I said I can't miss more work and I need a Saturday time because this is all the biggest inconvenience that the work was not done right the first time and my boss won't give me more weekday time off to handle it. I was then told that they won't come in for me on a Saturday because it is inconvenient to them because they don't like coming in on Saturdays. I don't either, dude. I said I couldn't do weekdays and they said they weren't changing their Saturday for my car (this should have already been done, I shouldn't have to be coming back). After speaking with my insurance, this place is not getting paid for the "work" they already did because it's not acceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I'll make sure everyone I know takes their business somewhere else. As someone who works in business, it's terrible business practice to make your clients out to be an inconvenience to you.
