Took a tour here with my girlfriend recently. Nice staff yet very unprofessional. We took the tour and while driving around the neighborhood seemed very sketchy. The apartment they showed us smelled like cigarettes so much. And to top it off at the end of our tour they forgot to give us or license locked up in their file cabinet, and when I returned to get it, there was no apology. Has potential but in a grace period.
