The location here is small, but what they have small in size they offer big in service and standards, which are important and required tenets in a good car wash. Not a fan of the aggressive upsell-- So that knocks out a star. Still, I would love to express that the managers take accountability; I recently read a review of a moron who gave the place a 1 star review, claiming the staff didn't tell her to change to neutral: 1. A quick Google search tells me most professional carwashes tell you to do this. Hell, even Costco carwash tells you to. 2. There's a sign there that says so. 3. Attendant tells you to. 4. Video footage proves #3 happened, moron customer decides to give 1 star review anyway, video footage is public on YouTube for everyone to see. I kind of feel sorry for the staff here if their customers are that dumb. Then again, we are talking about college town Tempe.
