I came here because I heard they have cheap designer frames. I ended up dropping $400 on a gorgeous pair of Paul Smith glasses (frames & lenses). Is that cheap? I dunno, $400 doesn't seem cheap to me. Did I leave with buyers remorse? Not at all!
Lulu was awesome. She made great recommendations, quickly narrowing down styles I liked and choosing frames that fit my face. She paid careful attention not just to the style of the glasses but to how they looked on me. She didn't settle for just ok - she made sure they belonged on my face. In the end, she narrowed it down to two completely different pairs that both looked amazing. I almost bought both.
I didn't compare prices on that frame so it's possible I got a great deal. I have no idea. Nor do I care. Expertise like Lulu's is worth the money. I went to a few high end shops but nobody nailed it like she did.
Turnaround time was super fast, just a few days.
I'll be a customer for life.
