If I could leave zero stars, I would. We belong to a wine club in California that has used GSO. My spring shipment came, and our tracking said that we mysteriously signed for the package when we were not home (the signature was plainly not ours). When we did get home, my box of wine was sitting out in the sun in the desert heat of the spring. We shrugged it off thinking that maybe it was some sort of fluke. Fast forward to our fall shipment. We knew when it was coming. We were home all day waiting for it. We get an email saying the driver couldn't deliver to our one story home because there was no answer and no one to sign. We live in a two story house (he also got the color wrong), and we were home all day. We have already changed our shipping preferences with our wine club, but I highly suggest using a different company if you are looking at these reviews. GSO is just plain sloppy with delivery, and at least some of the drivers are highly unprofessional and unethical.
