We got three estimates for a new HVAC system to replace our original-to-the-house 17 year old HVAC. Cooler Tymes was no cheaper than the others; however, we knew immediately Glenn was the guy to go with. The first company claimed to sell us a variable speed Trane for $10,000.00. However upon doing our own research discovered it was an energy sucking single speed system. The second guy was Glenn and he is a Lennox dealer. He sold us our $13,000.00 Lennox HVAC and this included full re-routing of our ducts and other work. The third guy talked garbage about Cooler Tymes (very critical of it being a small local company), while also refusing to re-route our ducts because "I'm not going to ask my guys to bend over up there, we'll install dampers instead." Frankly, we weren't impressed by either statement so we went with Glenn. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We ended up getting 72 months interest free for our system and it was all installed in just a few hours. We love our new system. I'm so happy with the company and the system. Thank you, Glenn!
