I needed 5 area rugs cleaned. Two were room-size with pet stains. The other three ranged from 4X6 to 5X8. Lorenze (owner) responded to my phone message within a couple hours, arranged to drop by to give an estimate later the same day, and fit me into his schedule the following afternoon. Very personable and professional. He did a great job. I will definitely hire him again. I am also planning to call him next month to clean the tile in my bathrooms.
