At first they are good to work with before they get the money, after that it is down hill from there. They promised the title to arrive before 25 days after the sale, it did not arrive even then. It took them about 52 days to get the title to me. If I had not been calling them every week I still may not have had a title. Every week I called, they promised that they had transferred the title and that it was in the mail to me. After my temp tags had expired and still no title, I contacted the BMV to see if I could get another temp tag. While I was talking with them, they stated that the title had just been submitted for the first time for transfer that day (48 days after purchase of vehicle). So in other words, Kelly Auto Group had been promising me for around 7 weeks that they had transferred the title and mailed it to me, when in a reality they had not done so. On day 52 I received my title. The moral of the story, don't trust them any further than you can see them. If you buy anything from them, be ready call them every week and be willing to wait a ridiculously long time. Be warned.
