Sure, the hotel building itself is not a 5 star place. But great customer service is rare now and I tend to look at that more. The lobby and room was clean. Nothing gross, nothing terrible. It is by a small airport that is used by small private planes. But it wasn't a disturbance for me. Hard to find negatives when the place is clean and the staff was AWESOME. I had to live here for 4 days and trust me, the staff here was more friendly than any staff at the higher end hotels I've stayed in. They were friendly, checked in (by phone) when I got to my room, quixkly handed me a bottle of water when I explained that I wasn't used to the heat, gave me a phone charger when I lost mine, helped carry my take out dinner to my room and most importantly, saved me chocolate chip cookies when they baked them (in case I missed the complimentary batch). EXCELLENT STAFF IS HARD TO FIND. FANCY PANTS HOTELS ARE A DIME A DOZEN.
