Poliberto's is hard to miss, it's located on Baseline Road and has flashing neon lights. Their menu is huuuge - they have all sorts of different options for burritos, chimichangas, tacos, breakfasts, quesadillas, and more! Everything I've tried so far has been fantastic and I'm always looking forward to going back and trying more of their items. I also really like that they offer both regular tacos and street tacos (slightly smaller).
They have their own chips and salsa bar which is something really unique for this kind of restaurant and it is definitely appreciated! They have both plates and plastic sandwich bags so that you're able to take advantage of it whether you're dining in or taking to go.
The only downside is that sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your food, but it has yet to be bad enough where I won't want to return.
