Went in early Saturday for an oil change. Service was as to be expected, and there was not a long wait. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even honored a coupon that it wasn't honored until late that wasn't supposed to be used for an oil change. It would have been a 5 star review, if it wasn't for the one experience that gives all places like this a bad name. They pulled out the filters and checked them as well as the wiper blades, and recommended that all the filters and wiper blades be changed. I understand that the add on sales like this are how they increase their profit margin, so they will push getting you to replace them, but it's usually best to actually check them rather than just trying to get a person to replace the items to spend more money. The wiper blades they said were bad, and needed replaced weren't even 2 weeks old. That shows that they really don't concern themselves with whether a part is bad or not, just with getting the extra $$. I would definitely recommend this shop for an oil change, but buyer beware for any add ons. If they say something needs changed, check it yourself, and then change it yourself for half the price if it does need done.
