I have been an SRP residential customer for the last 4+ years and absolutely love them!!! Their customer service representatives over the phone provide the best service I've ever encountered. You can tell that SRP puts a lot of time into selecting candidates they employee because every agent I've dealt with is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and always so helpful.
I've had horrible experiences with other electricity companies in the valley so SRP is a breath of fresh air. I pray I never have to move or live in a non-SRP area or I'd be so sad to leave them!
