Why can't I give them a zero.
By far the worst property management firm in Toronto. I have had the extreme displeasure of living in three of their properties in Parkdale and all have been horrific.
Let me give you some quotes from some of letters I received (and the entire building) from the supers:
"Please do not let your dog's urinate in the hallway. Try not to spill your drinks also."
"Do not let strangers in, there have been a series of incidents."
"The garbages are located outside the building, do not throw garbage off your balcony"
Comedic gold right? Like any human needs to be told to not let their dog piss in the hallways. Oh wait, I choose to live with Wynn, my bad. Let me just lower my expectations to slightly above homeless.
Roaches - yes! (ok, so I know it is hard to avoid in the city, by the water, but still)
Bed bugs - yes!
Superintendent's have limited language skills - yes!
Dirty - yes!
Great if you need a dirt cheap place for a year, but don't fool yourself into thinking it will get better. And try not to pee in the halls.
