6/30/2016 UPDATE -
Nick - Thank you for the offer to try you out again 'free of charge'. And, in fairness, I didn't want to come in announced, because, let's face it, you would be on your best behavior. Instead, I have come back to Tiffany Cleaners on a couple of different occasions with not only shirts, but also pants.
I am pleased to say that you really have turned it around and I have not had any incidences like what prompted me to stop coming there in the first place.
I guess I have been coming there for about a month now, and in each instance, my shirts have come out like I would expect. Clean, light starch, packaged properly, looking good. And the cuffs have been perfect in all but one instance, and that one was forgivable.
Oh, almost forgot to mention that my shirts have always been on-time when promised. Today when I picked up my shirts it was a day later than I intended to pick them up, but it was a good thing because some of my shirts weren't right so they got done over. They wouldn't have all been ready yesterday when I intended to pick them up, but what impressed me was that they were being done over because they weren't right. Which tells me that you really are doing something about quality control which is excellent.
The staff that is working at the counter have been very friendly and professional. The young lady in the afternoon, Chelsea, has even started addressing me by my name which is really nice. Makes me feel like I'm important there. The woman in the morning (sorry, I can't remember her name) is very pleasant and very attentive to details even to the point where she reminded me to check for my collar stays - although she would have removed them and put them in a bag for me, she said, if I had not removed them.
So, Nick, while I didn't take you up on your 'free of charge' offer, I can tell you that you have won me back, and keep up the good work.
