Dang dang dang dang dang! I know Pad Thai is not the most popular dish in Thailand, but it's awfully popular here. I ordered the pad thai, and my first reaction was that it tasted bland and SALTY. That's a new one. I poured some of the spring roll dipping sauce over it and spritzed a couple lime wedges, but it was still so boring. I asked for all chicken, and when I opened it up I counted 8 small dry wedges of chicken in the WHOLE dish. The noodles were not too greasy, which was nice, and they looked beautiful. But after picking out the chicken pieces I just couldn't eat it. The aforementioned spring rolls were starchy and tasted like they had been fried in old oil. What a disappointment.
