Patrick was very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly very honest. He took the time to understand my needs and to walk through my coverage and options. He worked on Saturday to get my insurance in place asap, which I really appreciated. Usually with great customer service and satisfaction you expect higher rates, but to my big surprise, Hassett Insurance was almost 1/2 the price (with higher covered limits) compared against 2 other well known insurances in the area.
