This place is EXPENSIVE for the quality you get. Management doesn't give two shots about you. This is the most poorly managed anything I've ever dealt with. They manage the property as is you are 5 years old. If you go in with a complaint, they blaim it on you. They are redoing the parking right now, not only is there never enough parking to begin with, but they have removed 20% of the parking and don't care who parks where, I pay for my parking and someone parks in my spot ALL THE TIME but because the car is not there for 24 hours straight, they refused to do anything about it. I called the towing company and they won't even help because of their restricted contract with this complacent. If you are reading the yelp review on this place it's probably too late for you and I'm sorry.
The management has lost my insurance paperwork three times now, I was there as they received it via fax and they STILL called me saying they didn't receive it. Idk his name, but the white guy with no glasses that isn't in the back office is a horrible representative and would rather argue with you WHILE TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO SIGN UP FOR THIS PLACE, rather than let you sit quietly until the new person signing up is gone. Yes, he wanted to argue with me in front of a potential customer. That is the type of management this place has.
