One of the best places to munch, if you're staying at the Bellagio. I've ordered several dishes as a snack, not necessarily as my dinner. They were fulfilling as my afternoon snack, and they also tasted good. It was a win win!
I had the hamachi jalapeño, which is one of my favorites. Their sashimi meat wasn't as thick as others, but the jalapeño (obviously) was spicy enough. I might've enjoyed better with a side of sushi rice, but since I wasn't hungry, I had it just as is. I also had a few other of their amazing meals. 1 was their popular ahi tuna pizza. I may not have been a big fan, but my dining mate loved the dish.
My favorite was popping spicy crab roll. There was a surprise hint of Pop Rocks, which I did not expect. It was very refreshing but also a good surprise to the dish. I'm surprised this place only has 3.5 stars! Beware, it is pricey, but if you're at Bellagio, what else do you expect? If you walk in knowing that it's not going to be a cheap bite, you'll have much of a better experience. I had a great time. Plus, free Shogun Shot with Yelp check in! Go get their yummy drinks & food!
