Worst customer service! Called 2hours before my appointment to say husband working late and would need to reschedule. I don't want to bring my 2yr old to sit in office. I have previously asked about bringing my little one and was told that the shoot X-rays through the day. I didn't want my little guy around that. ANY person with children knows that from time to time things come up last minute and you have to cancel! Today, for the first time I was told I will be charged $50 for not giving 48 hours notice!!! Ridiculous, a warning would have been nice!!! Will NEVER come back and will NEVER refer anyone else here. This place has gone down ever since they took over the dental spa!!! Not family friendly.
