I woke up on a Tuesday morning with my backyard and side yard flooded. I couldn't get the sprinklers to stop. I called up desperate and a little teary saying I needed help. Bill called as soon as he heard my voice mail. At that time, I had been able to find someone else to tell me how to turn the sprinklers off, but that person said he was too booked up to help me. Bill knew exactly what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. He said he was very busy but that he had another job in my area on Friday and that he would help me then. He came on Friday fixed the problem for the price he stated. You couldn't even tell that anything had been disturbed. He also corrected my water timer while he was there and helped me with a few other little things, all at no additional charge. Everything has worked great since then. I was very happy with the work and would contact him first for any other issues in the future.
