This place is certainly hit or miss when it comes to the massage. All highly dependent upon the therapist. I have been going here for three years consistently. FIVE stars go to Greg who offers a great prenatal massage and if you prefer deep tissue then he is a good choice. He allows you to relax. He also allows you to talk if you feel like talking. I have had other therapists there that were down right awful. One girl would not stop talking to me about her breakup with her long term boyfriend the ENTIRE time...SO unprofessional!!!!!!! Note to management: please educate your therapists on etiquette regarding sharing personal info. Others may come in late and end the massage early. Greg has never done that and is able to discern when conversation is appropriate.
Another time I had a therapist not even massage an area that I told her was on concern which was my back. She only massaged half of my back.....
I did have a facial there once and it was simply mediocre.
The ambience is nice. It is relaxing and there is a quiet room that you can sit in while waiting. You can hear people talking in the hallways of you are getting a massage though. There aren't any strong scents like other massage places. The girls at the front desk that are there now are not pushy in person. Over the phone they do try to push services on you when you try to make an appointment, but not aggressively.
TIP: If you have certain preferences let the girls at the front desk know before making your appointment. Also, if you let them know that your massage was not satisfactory then they might reimburse you.
