I cannot say enough good things! William came over for a second opinion on a repair quote I got from a big name AC company. The first company claimed I had lost most of my R410a to a major leak in the evaporator coil and the replacement was the only option for 3k or replace the entire AC for a limited time deal of 7k. Needless to say I was stunned so I reached out and found Williams. William promptly came out and quickly determined the real issue was a old fan motor that locked up the refrigerant temporarily. I only needed to top off the refrigerant and a new fan motor! Saved me a ton of money! Will definitely call William in the future for maintenance.
