Came in to buy a certain product they carry, but they were out of stock. Jill 'coaxed' me to try another product and advised I could return it if it did not work. Well, after one use, I could see it was not right for my hair. I just tried to return it with the receipt, and the rude person (who refused to provide her name) advised she would not return. I was there for two reasons - I was going to try out a new salon for a haircut - but that won't be Supercuts :( I'm stuck with a $20 bottle of garbage that I was pushed into buying...
