Simply put, Rachel was amazing. I was a first time buyer. Rachel was very patient with me in the beginning and made sure to explain everything to me, which was a huge plus because I was certainly embarrassed to ask some questions. But, she made me feel at ease and never made me feel as though I was asking stupid questions. She made herself available during my schedule to show me places both during the week and weeekend. And we saw a ton of places until I found the right place for me. She didn't pressure me to look at places, but simply provided good information and was always upbeat and down to go look at new listings . She was an excellent advocate during negotiations, which was a huge bonus. Most importantly, she was with me every step of the way to explain things, to include the closing! Bottom line, she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process from start to finish. A huge plus for a first time buyer. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.
