I have been through the car buying process too many times and have had a lot of dealer experiences; good, bad, and questionable. Have actually purchased 14 new cars in the last 10 years so I know the process and what to expect. Have always been a Toyota and German car guy, but questionable dealer experiences at Findlay Toyota brought me over to Honda/Acura.
I first looked into Honda in February 2014 and traded in my Acura RDX for the Honda Pilot 4WD Touring and just recently bought the 2015 Honda Fit EX to use as my commuter car. All the times I've been into the dealer its has been great. Sales staff is helpful and the express service has also been great. I stop in from time to time to take advantage of the courtesy car wash.
My sales experience has been one of the best and that's thanks to Obi Davis. He's always on top of things and there to answer questions I have and follows up. Will definitely be back when I need another vehicle.
