The following is from my boyfriend's experience (he doesn't have an account):
"I can't say anything about the quality of work done here because I didn't even make as far as walking into their practice. The lady who I first talked to on the phone to schedule the appointment was very nice and informative on how to prepare for the CDL physical. However, I work for Clark County and I was told that day that there is a list of specific examiners that I must go to. I called the day of my appointment to verify if Forbes Chiropractic was on this list and the man on the phone stated "yes we are certified" which did not answer my question as to if they were on this approved list. Then he rushed that phone call and we hung up. I didn't want to make a mistake and have to pay more for a whole other physical so I decided to call back and cancel the appointment. I told him that and he pretty much yelled at me saying "who do you work for again?", I told him Clark county, and he yelled back "yes, we are certified. I'm going to get the doctor and he can tell you... You know what you can go talk to Clark county if you want". He then hung up on me. Again I didn't even step into the office and I already felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. My intention was to double check the next day with the county and reschedule if they were on this list but now I would never even think about giving them my business."
