While customer service is a necessary thing, being overbearing to customers is a big turn off. Ask if someone needs help and based on their response, help or don't but DON'T be a shadow for each and every move that a customer makes. The guy that was "helping" (??) the day we went in was nice enough but he was so much in our face that it ruined our experience and we decided to leave instead of purchasing glasses. After reading other reviews, seems like this place needs some training on proper customer service.
