The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with,I had a extended warranty on my vehicle, took it in for repairs they pissed off the warranty company so I was denied coverage,but sahara dodge still charged me $1700.00 to get my truck back and I had to pay for the water pump as well.and the Mechanic that worked on it charged me for things he had no business doing and charged me for it.i forgot to add the $1700.00 was just for labor nothing was fixed or replaced except for the water pump which I saip I was charged $187.00 just for the pump.
