I find that the office manager is a horrible person to deal with here. No customer service skills whatsoever and a smug, take it or leave it attitude.
They do love to charge for everything they can think of here.
It is a good idea to be educated about what they are offering and what you realistically need. I guess this is the same for any vet.
There is a really unpleasant feeling here and every time I have gone it has been quite stressful. I don't think that the staff are that well trained or happy to be there. To make matters worse they have cats running loose and this makes my large dog go crazy when I want him to be as calm as possible. Avoid or at least ask a friend for another recommendation 1st!
