I never write bad reviews. Actually, I never write reviews. My experience here was so appalling that I made an account just to warn people about this place. I was in the area and needed to pick up a few swags for the holiday season and was also looking for eucalyptus. I walked around the large (albeit very pretty) store, looking for what I needed. It was overwhelming and I did not know where to begin. I searched for an associate to assist and was unable to find someone. Finally, I saw someone who seemed free and approached her, politely asking where I could find what I needed. I literally approached the woman with a smile and said, "Hi there, excuse me, do you have --". I could not even finish my sentence before she cut me off and snapped, "what do you need?!" I began to explain and was again cut off with a "hold ON." She turned to an equally unpleasant individual who told me "no, we don't have that." I left, stunned at their ability to be downright nasty to someone asking a simple question - I imagine answering such is a part of their job. Before I could say anything, the person I was with said to me, "she was SO mean!! Oh my gosh, they were BOTH so mean!" I will make every possible effort to never return to this store. I went to the Petiti's Garden Center down the street where I was treated pleasantly. I would recommend, if you find yourself here, that you exit rapidly and take a short drive to Petiti's.
