I only give one star as it is required. My husband had an issue with his iPhone 6plus and after talking to AT&T and asking it to be taken to this store.
After being told that this issue was under warranty and would be fixed, five days later, when he went in to talk to them he was told that it would not be covered. This was because the phone was "bent" meaning it rocked slightly when laid flat. Funny this did not happen prior to taking the phone it. This phone went from box to Otter Box ridged case. It hasn't been out of the case. So please tell me how this phone was bent? Now they were very quick to offer to charge us to repair it out of warranty.
Never again will I go into this poorly ran establishment. Very shady practices.
