Employees are nice enough. Office is clean. Would not recommend if you're in a hurry. Asked to leave luggage in office to check out car and told to bring it with me. Got to car and informed it had to be cleaned yet so trudged all the way back and waited. Appreciate cleanliness for sure but kind of annoying when you're pressed for time. Apparently it's a thing at this enterprise. Another couple having to wait for their car to be cleaned as well. Travelled to Florida a week ago and had to rent. Took a total of 5 minutes from walking to the counter to grabbing a clean car and getting off the lot.
