We booked 2 nights online. Upon arrival the place looked abandoned and beyond shady. There was furniture outside of rooms like it was being gutted but apparently some rooms were still available for reservation. We cancelled the reservation knowing that we would be charged one night and the hotel not only charged us for both nights but an additional two. Terrible. As long as the hotel mentions they are "renovating" and maybe lowers their price I feel like it would be acceptable, but this is not how business is done.
