I did not think we could go wrong since they are partnered with Home Depot. We were wrong. When they came out to our house they said we needed a dual run capacitor which we replaced and also signed up for their service plan totaling $876. Less than 48 hours later our ac was out again. We contacted them to come back and they quoted us over $1000 to replace the compressor. That didnt seem right so after reading the reviews and seeing people mentioning all their issues we decided to get a second opinion. We had a different issue all together causing the issue. It was a thermostat expansion valve (txv) So first fix was wrong and so was second. Although we had to pay another company it was diagnosed correctly and repaired. Currently trying to get my money back on the service plan we just paid for that we will never use. Also the repair staff is paid commission on what they sell.
