Where do I begin? Internet service is slower than dial up, a 1 hour movie will take u +2 hours to watch. My first bill was $100 higher than what I was quoted. After talking to customer service they adjusted it, was quoted another amount but the bill I received at the end of the month was even higher than the 2nd quote. Month 2 called customer service and bill was quoted another amout, they promised to adjust month #1 error, when I received the end of the 2nd months bill it was $300???? For slow internet!! Canceled my service and never got my money back from them. Stay away from his company! U will be disappointed like +90% of their customers, save your time and money.
