The customer service of this "restaurant" needs some MAJOR improvement. The place was 1/4 occupied so we figured we would receive great customer service and our food fast, WRONG!!! They asked us if we wanted to order some margaritas and I said of course, I asked for a "strawberry margarita" and they said they don't make those. Are you freaking kidding me? A 'so called' Mexican restaurant that doesn't serve strawberry margaritas? I'm a Mexican-American, so I know what Mexican food taste like, this was certainly not it. Perhaps a step up from taco bell, but hardly any flavor. If you don't care for true mexican food then this place is probably for you, but if you know what that real stuff taste like, the you probably want to skip this place. The waiter was just terrible, never came by our table too see how we were doing. Additionally we had to flag him down and ask for water, and he simply never came back. We had to get the host to ask for the bill and it had to take me getting up to ask her again to get it. The food took 20 minutes to get out to us with hardly anyone in the restaurant. It's too bad because the place looks nice, they just need to get the owner to take do something about it, I don't see this place being a long term establishing in Vegas.
