We had such an unpleasant experience from start to finish today at Shane Co. Walking in it feels almost like a prison. Everything is grey, there aren't any unfrosted windows, there are fluorescent lights and TERRIBLE music playing. Truly awful. We were greeted and told where the engagement rings were and then left alone for at least 10 minutes. It's hard to get a sense of what rings would look like bc there aren't any gemstones or CZs in the rings- just the settings. When we were finally "helped" the woman kept leaving us for 5-10 minutes (just standing there) so she could help other customers. I liked 3 rings, but she put 2 of them away (not sure where) and let us only look at one. It was really weird. And she kept asking what I liked and didn't like- I think she kept forgetting. Overall we were there for 90 minutes but it felt like ALL DAY. We went to Jared after and LOVED it. But a down payment on some bling and are very happy.
