I rescued Gracie, a sweet and lovable Shepard Boxer mix and was shocked when I first experienced the intensity of her leash reactivity. I've owned tough pups before, but I had never been so terrified that my own dog would bite me each time we stepped outside and passed another dog. Although sweet inside our home, Gracie was terrifying while on the leash. Brenda changed our lives. The first time we met, she listened. She took the time to get to know Gracie and me, and I was impressed by her persistence, confidence, and calmness. We had a plan, and I felt supported while working through extremely tough issues.
