One word sums up my experience here--WOW! I tried making a reservation at this restaurant on Open Table in advance of my arrival in Vegas, but none were available. Luckily, my friend and I walked in at the time we wanted anyway and had no problems being seated. Every staff member was on point. Our two servers were gracious without being overbearing, and the sommelier gave us some great tips on what wine to order. After we placed our order, we were surprised by a complimentary starter of seafood croquettes. Then, my friend and I split the Black Garlic Caesar, which was unlike any other Caesar I've ever had. The dressing was outstanding! I ordered the AquaKnox Fish Soup as my main entree, because I had read about how amazing it was in various reviews. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I frequent a local seafood restaurant back home that I used to think had the best bouillabaisse on the planet. Just when I thought our meal couldn't get any better, we were presented with a complimentary dessert--almond cookies topped with strawberries. They were absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back!
