Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had. Took several pieces of jewelry here to be repaired, including a $400 Citizen watch and my wedding set. Wedding set needed the prongs repaired because some were worn and a diamond fell out. Salesman who works here was such a jerk about it and basically blamed me for the wear & tear. I've never had a problem with maintenance in the 16 years I've had the set.
They dont repair watches here and dont know the first thing about how or where to get it repaired. Again I felt like I was a major inconvenience and with that being said, I'll find another location to take my business to.
