I love this gym!! I've been a fitness connection member for about a year now and the Indian Trail location is my favorite by far. I actually drive past other locations (and other gyms) to go to this location because it is so spacious, never overcrowded, clean, and the staff members are so friendly. This location also has an amazing group class called Body Combat that is a fun, intense workout that I recommend to anyone!
Additionally, I started working with a personal trainer, Wanda, about four months ago and couldn't say enough positive things about her! I feel like my life has turned around since then because I feel healthier, have more energy, and am moving closer to my fitness goals than I have been in a long time. She is amazing!
I love this gym, have no complaints whatsoever, and highly recommend!!
